Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states:

Freight is calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. Also, currently, we do not ship wine outside the United States. Our online store computes freight charges up to 36 bottles. If you want to have us ship more than 36 bottles, place your order, and then contact us to get a custom shipping rate.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to us. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. For most states, you have the option of selecting one of the following shipping options: Standard Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Ground.
We typically ship on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday only, to ensure that your wine will arrive at your doorstep within the same week it was shipped. If you would like a specific ship date, please indicate it in your order notes or give us a call at (305) 409-3745.
If your order needs to arrive by a specific date such as for a gift or prior to travel, please give us a call or send us an email and we will do our best to make it happen.
Wine is a perishable commodity. We will not ship your wine if the forecasted temperature is anywhere along the shipping route is under 40 degrees or over 79 degrees. We realize that this is a narrow window, but as we are looking at weather forecasts ten days in advance, we work within these parameters to allow for lows and highs that exceed the meteorologist’s predictions. A Toraño Wines is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Business addresses are preferred to ensure delivery on the first attempt. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box. There is an extra charge to ship to a residential address: $5 per package for 1-5 bottles and $7 per package for 6-12 bottles. Rates increase proportionally based on bottle amounts.
Insurance Coverage: First $100 of coverage is included and covers breakage or loss. Additional insurance can be purchased at $2 per additional $100 which also covers weather damage. A copy of your receipt or invoice is necessary for the claim process.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact the us as soon as possible either by phone or email.
- Clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product.
- If the complaint has to do with freight damage, we will work on your behalf to gain reimbursement from the appropriate freight company.
- We cannot issue refunds for purchases made after 30 days.
The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
